1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the Naff AI Client platform and mobile application and constitute a public offer addressed to persons wishing to use the Platform.

By registering, creating an account, beginning to use the Platform, activating a trial period, or paying for a subscription, the User accepts these Terms of Use and Public Offer.

By confirming consent during registration, the User acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms and the Naff AI Privacy Policy.

2. About the Platform

Naff AI Client helps fitness clients work with their coaches, monitor nutrition and progress, and complete assigned tasks.

Users may complete onboarding questionnaires, view nutrition plans, log meals, upload food and progress photos, track macros and steps, complete tasks, manage notifications and subscriptions, and contact support.

3. Account Creation

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, and remain responsible for activities carried out through their accounts.

4. Working With a Coach

Users may join Naff AI through a coach invitation. Coaches may provide nutrition plans, tasks, goals, macro targets, progress assignments, comments, and recommendations.

Naff AI is not the direct provider of professional coaching services. Coaches remain responsible for their professional recommendations.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Services

Some or all Naff AI Client features may require a paid subscription.

Current subscription plans:

  • Monthly subscription — UZS 50,000;
  • Annual subscription — UZS 480,000, paid in one payment.

By completing payment, the User accepts the price, duration, and conditions of the selected subscription.

Naff AI may change subscription prices in the future. Unless otherwise stated, price changes do not affect an already paid active subscription period.

6. Trial Period

Naff AI may provide eligible Users with a 7-day free trial.

After the trial period ends, the User must select and pay for a subscription to continue using paid features.

If automatic renewal is introduced, its terms will be disclosed before activation or payment.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through payment systems supported by Naff AI or third-party payment providers.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Measures to Limit and Control the Risks of Fraudulent Transactions

  • cooperating with the Bank to prevent unauthorized transactions;
  • complying with the requirements of the Internet Acquiring Agreement and internal security rules.

The Client undertakes to:

  • not disclose personal data, passwords, or verification codes to third parties;
  • promptly report any suspicious transactions;

The Company reserves the right to restrict or reject a transaction if signs of fraud or violations of security requirements are detected.

9. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription through available Platform features or the applicable payment platform.

Where automatic renewal is used, cancellation may prevent payment for the next subscription period.

Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription may be separate processes.
